Welcome to UNC
Charlotte.
As president of the Staff Organization,
I would like to welcome you to UNC Charlotte. I am pleased
you have joined our staff and look forward to meeting you.
As you will learn, you are joining the University at an
exciting time. The University has recently been
re-classified as a doctoral/research intensive university
and with the recent passage of N.C. Higher Education
Improvement Bonds, the University is entering the largest
and most aggressive building program in its history.
The UNC Charlotte Staff Organization
was established to create and provide a more harmonious
working environment for the staff of the
University
of North Carolina
at Charlotte. The Executive Committee of the
Staff Organization was formed to provide a way for the staff
to express their views on matters involving the University.
The Committee offers the staff a forum to discuss issues
that affect the entire campus community.
